Breast feeding
We know that nutritionally, “breast is best” though this doesn’t mean you can’t give your baby a really good start if you don’t breastfeed.
If you are breastfeeding, you need to eat well to protect your own physical and emotional health as well as eating foods which provide the nutrients your baby’s brain and other organs need for healthy development.
At NutriBaby we can give you a clear picture of how best to support your baby’s growth, development and future health for the first six months when baby depends entirely on milk.
We offer individual consultations and informal group sessions, to help you with a healthy eating plan to help you make the best of this important time in your baby’s life.
